I work with individuals, couples, and families. I am passionate about marriages and families. I work to see my clients become stronger, gain new skills, and grow as they gain the tools to meet the challenges of depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. nnMy treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients resolve problems. nnnn I am trained in traditional approaches. I am also trained in EMDR for trauma resolution. I am trained to use hypnosis and guided imagery for stress relief and relaxation. I am also trained in Neurofeedback to provide a non-medical approach to anxiety, depression, and ADHD.
