Shiva Yoga is a Yoga Studio owned and run by Brad and Ruta Hay in Crested Butte Colorado. Brad Hay is an Australian who dedicates his life to studying, practicing, teaching and living Yoga. The root of all the teachings by Brad Hay at Shiva Yoga is Tantra. Tantra is a complete system and science that covers every aspect of life and living to become liberated from our own restrictions and sufferings. All classes at Shiva Yoga are taught by Brad Hay. Brad is a level 4 instructer and is registered with Yoga Alliance as a 500 hour RYT. Brad has studied Yoga and related methods for well over 15 years. He has a firm foundation in both Iyengar and Ashtanga Hatha Yoga. The root of all these practices lie in Tantra, a comprehansive system steming back thousands of years.
